📅 How far in advance should I book?

To ensure your top picks are available, we recommend booking at least 6 months in advance. But don’t worry—if you’re planning last minute, still reach out, and we’ll always find you an amazing trader.

💰 Is there a minimum spend or booking fee?

Yes, each vendor has their own minimum spend depending on the event size, location, and service hours. We’ll provide you with a quote upfront, so there are no surprises.

⚡ Do the food trucks require power or water?

Most of our food trucks are self-sufficient, but we’ll confirm specific requirements during the booking process to make sure your venue is suitable.

🍽️ Can I choose which food truck attends my event?

Absolutely! You can request a specific vendor or cuisine, and we’ll do our best to match you with your top choice based on availability.

🥗 Are dietary requirements accommodated?

Of course! Many of our vendors offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergen-friendly options. Let us know your guests’ needs, and we’ll ensure everyone is catered for.

🌍 What areas do you cover?

We operate across London and the South East. Let us know your location, and we’ll check availability. Our traders will often travel further depending on numbers so please get in contact if a larger event.

☔ What happens in bad weather?

Rain or shine, our food trucks are ready to serve! Most are weather-proof, and we’ll work with you to plan around any concerns.
